Instructor and Coursework Creator (Fully Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Instructor & Coursework Creator to design and deliver engaging learning experiences from anywhere. You will combine curriculum design, content creation, and virtual instruction to ensure students receive a comprehensive and effective education.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning materials, including self‑paced e‑learning courses and multimedia content.
• Design curricula and instructional programs aligned with adult learning principles.
• Deliver high‑quality virtual instruction and facilitate learning sessions.
• Manage course projects, timelines, and deliverables independently.
• Utilize LMS and virtual learning platforms to publish and track courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Experience using multimedia content creation tools.
• Knowledge of assessment design and learning analytics.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
