Instructional Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Content & Social team in Buenos Aires. You will create and deliver digital learning experiences that support training, onboarding and enablement for major brands in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design educational content and learning experiences for digital environments.
• Develop training, onboarding and enablement materials.
• Participate in scaling content production and activation models, emphasizing speed, consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, creativity and technology teams on diverse projects.
• Adapt content to multiple formats, audiences and platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Designer or similar role.
• Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or related industries.
• Proven track record creating educational content, training programs or digital learning experiences.
• Experience maintaining training records, curricula or documentation.
• Upper‑intermediate (B2) conversational English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with compliance and document management tools such as ComplianceWire, Veeva, Windchill and SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles.
