Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager works with the Creative Team to develop, execute, and lead influencer marketing campaigns for DEPT®'s clients. This mid‑level position involves sourcing, engaging, and managing creators across platforms to produce authentic content that drives business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and present diverse, data‑informed creator recommendations aligned with brand strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with talent, agency representatives, and talent managers.
• Brief creators, review content for brand compliance, and manage timelines and final file deliveries.
• Serve as the direct client point of contact for 5–7 concurrent brand projects.
• Coordinate legal and financial paperwork, including contracts and fee negotiations.
• Track project budgets, oversee pricing strategies, and manage invoicing.

Required profile

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat).
• Experience working directly with clients and brands.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
