Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale creator partnership initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. The role focuses on building strong influencer relationships, driving performance‑based growth, and managing end‑to‑end campaign execution for a DTC/eCommerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience with influencer and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN or ShopMy.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to work during U.S. PT/ET business hours.
