Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels. This remote, full‑time position is perfect for a performance‑driven marketer who loves building community and driving growth through influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a strong creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
• Experience with influencer and affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN and ShopMy.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Availability to work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones.
