Incident Response Analyst (AI Training)

About the role

We are partnering with leading AI research labs to develop next‑generation AI‑powered security tools. As an Incident Response Analyst you will evaluate AI‑generated analyses against real‑world security events, ensuring the models reflect modern SOC workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze real‑world security events, alerts and incidents to determine impact and root cause.
• Evaluate AI‑generated incident analyses against actual SOC processes and best practices.
• Review detection rules, alerting pipelines and investigative playbooks for accuracy.
• Identify gaps where AI outputs misclassify or misinterpret security signals.
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a SOC, incident response or security operations role.
• Hands‑on familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert queues and investigation tooling.
• Strong ability to triage signals and separate real threats from noise.
• Clear written communication skills for precise documentation.
• No prior AI experience required.

Required skills

• SIEM platforms
• EDR, NDR, SOAR tools (nice to have)
• Threat‑intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
• Digital forensics and malware analysis (nice to have)
• Security certifications (e.g., GCIH, GCFE, CEH, CISSP) – optional
