Inbound Sales Specialist – Latin America B2C

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Inbound Sales Specialist to help expand our user base across Latin America. You will turn high‑volume leads into verified, active users while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 500+ hot leads daily across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
• Convert leads provided by the marketing team into verified users, guiding them through registration, verification, and initial setup.
• Communicate the project’s value, benefits, and expectations clearly to prospects.
• Optimize the onboarding funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce drop‑offs.
• Maintain ongoing contact with users, resolve blockers promptly, and keep them responsive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance conversion efficiency and user quality.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish (C2) and at least intermediate English (B1+).
• Comfortable managing large volumes of leads daily on multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and influence users.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on conversion, retention, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools are mandated; strong aptitude for using social media and lead management platforms is expected.
