In House Producer – Content Development & Trend Analysis

About the role

This position is for an In‑House Producer who will turn audience insights and emerging cultural trends into compelling content ideas. Working within a fast‑moving, collaborative digital media environment, you will help shape the creative direction of future productions that resonate with niche, highly‑engaged audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify audience trends, cultural moments, and emerging content opportunities.
• Translate audience insights into original content concepts, story ideas, and audience hooks.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to develop and refine content strategies.
• Research online communities, social platforms, creators, and entertainment trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development workshops.
• Evaluate potential content ideas based on audience interest and engagement potential.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• Hands‑on exposure to content creation, digital media, entertainment, marketing, or audience‑focused environments.
• Experience working with video or film production, branded or social media content, and campaign development.
• Familiarity with the full content development workflow from concept through production and release.
• Open to recent graduates, emerging creatives, internship‑level professionals, and early‑career content creators.
