Implementation Consultant (B2B Client Onboarding)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the transformation of their procurement and financial processes and ensuring a smooth transition to a live, operational platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects from kickoff to Go‑Live, serving as the primary client contact.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client procurement and finance workflows into customized platform configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client self‑service.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and translate feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems.
• Effective change‑management skills and ability to handle user resistance.
