About the role
Join Marken, the UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics division, to support managers in delivering fast, scalable patient‑focused supply chain solutions. The role ensures compliance with customs regulations and internal audit standards while providing high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Execute various tasks supporting managers in daily operations.
- Monitor processes for quality, customs compliance and internal audit requirements.
- Provide customer care by ensuring timely disposition of freight and paperwork and assist in problem resolution.
- Generate reports to highlight trends, process improvements, issues and satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail with ability to follow compliance standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
