Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as the main point of contact between BairesDev and its talent pipeline. You will support both internal and external client openings while helping to move candidates efficiently through each stage.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and keep them engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations and other applicant information.
• Help assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Support candidates before client interviews, coordinate interview schedules and assessments.
• Schedule coding challenges, tests and other assessments while preserving candidate interest.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
