Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Working remotely, you will support both internal and external client openings while helping BairesDev maintain its high standards of talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and keep them engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations and other applicant information.
• Assist in assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, coding challenges, tests and assessments, and provide candidates with pre‑interview support.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the Staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
