Help Desk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Help Desk Analyst to join our Buenos Aires Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for users, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring high‑quality service across a variety of applications and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Record, track and monitor SLA compliance, escalating breaches according to the Incident Management Process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams following defined procedures.
• Handle tasks such as message tracking, network account lockout tracing, MobileIron device management, 2‑factor authentication administration, Active Directory and Exchange administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar help‑desk or technical support role.
• Advanced English proficiency (bilingual preferred).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a collaborative international environment.
