Health Manager Engagement

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Health Manager Engagement. You will lead client‑facing engagements within the health services sector, guiding organizations through complex risk, compliance and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team assignments, operational metrics and service level agreements while providing guidance and oversight.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards and drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate engagement activities across functional teams, including HCP onboarding, contracting, invoicing, payments and transparency reporting.
• Lead strategic planning of engagements and monitor contractual risk to enhance client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client engagements in the health services or related advisory sector.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, capable of coaching junior staff and managing performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate purpose, values and complex concepts clearly.
• Commitment to integrity, authenticity and continuous improvement.
