Head of Order-to-Cash (OTC) – LAM Region

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) process for the LAM zone. The role drives revenue, cash collection and operational excellence while aligning with global OTC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full OTC cycle across all countries in the LAM region, ensuring revenue, cash and productivity targets are met.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to harmonise, standardise and digitise OTC processes according to the "OTC@Healthineers" framework.
• Collaborate with zone sales, service, Offer‑to‑Order, and business‑line organisations to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Oversee forecasting, backlog management and compliance with IFRS standards.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering talent and preparing them for future challenges.

Required profile

Required skills

• Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards and revenue‑recognition principles.
