About the role
Postflows is seeking a senior operator to own the commercial side of its live SaaS product. You will drive the transition from a beta phase to a fully‑scaled, revenue‑generating business while the founders focus on product and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Convert the 1,000+ wait‑list leads into paying customers and build additional acquisition channels.
- Set up and manage the Shopify Billing API, handle plan enforcement, overage, and invoice disputes.
- Serve as the single point of contact for daily client communication, triaging issues and ensuring resolutions.
- Run onboarding SOPs, maintain the knowledge base, improve self‑serve documentation, and conduct monthly QA reviews.
- Own website, pricing page, FAQ, launch communications, social media, email sequences, and direct outreach to high‑intent prospects.
- Manage partnerships with email‑marketing agencies and referral partners.
- Translate support tickets into product insights and participate in quarterly backlog reviews.
- Produce weekly funnel reports and lead monthly P&L discussions.
Required profile
- 3‑7 years in a commercial operator role at an early‑stage SaaS or e‑commerce company.
- Experience owning both top‑of‑funnel acquisition and bottom‑of‑funnel onboarding, retention, billing, and support.
- Comfortable working with Shopify‑native brands; founder‑mode autonomy.
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of funnel metrics, unit economics, and margin planning.
- Direct, honest communication style and async‑first work preference.
