Head of Growth (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Growth to lead our performance‑marketing agency’s eCommerce and online‑education client portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape media strategy, manage high‑budget campaigns and mentor the acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media strategies, including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, testing and budgeting.
• Manage a portfolio of performance‑marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Shopping, Google Search and YouTube.
• Analyze performance metrics, produce weekly client reports and recommend actions to boost conversions and ROI.
• Conduct landing‑page audits, rigorous A/B testing and ongoing optimization.
• Stay current with paid‑social innovations, network betas and platform updates.
• Own revenue and profitability models, oversee paid‑media budgets and establish ROI frameworks.

Required profile

• 7+ years of performance‑marketing experience in eCommerce.
• Direct management of at least $200,000 USD monthly ad spend on Meta or Google.
• Proven ability to coach, execute and advance marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
