Head of Controlling & Pricing LATAM

About the role

As the Head of Controlling & Pricing for LATAM, you will lead the financial planning, analysis and pricing strategy across the region, ensuring profitability and supporting strategic decisions. You will work closely with the regional leadership team and report to the Taste & Wellbeing Division Controller.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and system consistency for financial information.
• Participate in forecasting, mid‑to‑long‑term planning and drive forecast accuracy.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including target setting, forecasting and sales planning.
• Manage monthly indicators, costing reports and variance analysis versus budget, prior year and outlook.
• Provide revenue and profit analysis in partnership with Commercial, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Prepare a comprehensive monthly performance package covering sales, margins, CAPEX, OPEX, headcount and overall results.
• Take accountability for regional P&L and cash‑flow metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency, establish global controlling standards and manage operational expenses.
• Support investment plans, develop business cases and follow up on project implementation.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and help achieve financial and non‑financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling, planning and pricing within a regional or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
