Head of Analytical Leads, Argentina

About the role

The Head of Analytical Leads will lead a team of measurement and analytics experts who help Argentine advertisers maximise the impact of Google advertising solutions. This senior position combines strategic product adoption, data‑driven insight generation and people management to drive revenue growth and elevate client measurement maturity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business growth opportunities across the Argentine market, partnering with internal stakeholders to shape and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead a team of Analytical Leads, fostering deep product knowledge and ensuring delivery of high‑quality measurement and analytics services.
• Own the localisation and execution of the regional Data, Measurement and Analytics strategy, aligning it with Google’s broader objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and finance teams to create business plans, drive product adoption and influence product design.
• Provide thought leadership on measurement solutions, sharing expertise with peers, customers and Google product teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing or product roles.
• Proven people‑management experience, including leading and developing sales or analytics teams.
• Background in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, financial modelling or statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to define client and product strategies that generate long‑term opportunities.
