Growth Specialist

About the role

TechLoom Global is looking for a hands‑on Growth Specialist to help a U.S.-based AI behavioral simulation platform expand its pipeline and brand awareness. This fully remote, async‑first position works closely with the founding team of a fast‑moving B2B SaaS startup, building growth experiments from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run growth experiments across content, organic, email, and social channels.
• Own LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, creating, scheduling, and optimizing content.
• Support outbound prospecting with copy, sequences, and sales enablement assets.
• Build simple marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture leads.
• Track and report on awareness, engagement, and early‑pipeline metrics.
• Research ICP accounts and assist with account‑based targeting alongside sales.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, research, and campaign execution.
• Iterate quickly based on data, running experiments and scaling successful tactics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Strong written English with the ability to produce sharp content and outbound copy independently.
• Proven track record of executing across multiple channels without needing direction.
• Comfortable with AI‑native workflows and modern GTM tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, low‑ego, and fast‑paced work style.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech is preferred.

What we offer

• Monthly compensation ranging from $1,200 to $1,700 USD, based on experience.
