Growth Marketing Specialist (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our lead‑generation engine. This remote position works Eastern Time hours and combines paid advertising, funnel creation, and automation to drive qualified leads for a technology‑forward financial services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including targeting, creative rotation, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Design and refine marketing funnels – landing pages, opt‑ins, and nurture sequences – to convert traffic into qualified leads.
• Serve as the Go High Level expert, building workflows, automations, pipelines, and campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn marketing strategies, both organic and paid, to increase visibility and inbound interest.
• Use Apollo for outbound prospecting, list building, and sequence management.
• Develop and manage a channel‑partner program, tracking outreach and partner‑sourced pipeline.
• Oversee SMS/text outreach campaigns with an external vendor, handling cadence, messaging, and performance.
• Monitor cross‑channel performance metrics (CPL, conversion rates, funnel drop‑off, partner attribution) and report findings.
• Continuously test and improve ad creative, targeting, and funnel copy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance/growth marketing experience (5+ years preferred).
• Proven ability to work full‑time on Eastern Time hours with minimal supervision.
• Self‑directed, high‑ownership mindset and comfort managing multiple channels simultaneously.
