Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketer to own and build our outbound B2B growth engine. You will work directly with the CEO and Head of Operations, using AI tools to operate at scale and drive revenue from untapped B2B opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads end‑to‑end, analysing seasonal buying patterns and optimizing spend, bids and messaging for maximum ROAS.
• Own and scale cold‑email infrastructure, using AI for list building, sequencing and copy.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that move leads through the pipeline and continuously refine targeting.
• Set up back‑end email campaigns, track performance and document repeatable processes.
• Diagnose performance gaps, develop solutions and implement them independently.

Required profile

• Proven Google Ads expert with demonstrable ROAS results.
• Experience building or rescuing cold‑email systems and deep knowledge of deliverability.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Code or Codex in daily workflow.
• Owner‑mindset: diagnose problems, propose plans and execute without waiting for instructions.
• Excellent English communication and a hands‑on execution style.
