Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates who are organized, analytical, and passionate about growth marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing A/B tests to evaluate ad copy, landing pages, and user flows.
• Support the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns.
• Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and key indicators.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and spend reporting across campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET).
