Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates who thrive in a data‑driven environment and can work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and user flows.
• Support the creation of marketing content and creative assets for campaigns.
• Analyze growth metrics to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and key indicators.
• Help manage marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and spend reporting across campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time hours.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
