Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Lead to join an early‑stage, venture‑backed startup that is building the future of digital payments and consumer finance. This fully remote, 0‑to‑1 position works directly with the founders to launch the product and acquire the first highly engaged users through experimentation, community building, partnerships and unconventional growth tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end growth funnel – acquisition, activation, retention, referral and repeat usage.
• Design, run and analyse rapid growth experiments to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Engage directly with communities, respond to users and test ideas in‑the‑field.
• Develop and execute partnership and viral marketing strategies that leverage internet culture.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to iterate on features that improve usability and virality.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing consumer products from zero to first users.
• Strong background in consumer‑app marketing, preferably in payments, fintech, remittance, marketplaces or other high‑engagement apps.
• Hands‑on, operational mindset with willingness to spend time in communities and execute ideas directly.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, attention‑driven marketing and how products spread online.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
