Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Part‑Time)

About the role

BlueTuskr is a remote‑first e‑commerce growth agency seeking a part‑time Graphic Designer & Video Editor who designs with conversion in mind. You will work across a portfolio of e‑commerce clients, collaborating with email, CRO, Shopify development and paid‑media teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce on‑brand email campaigns, automated flows and landing pages that drive clicks and revenue.
• Create web assets for Shopify stores, including homepage sections, product‑page modules and promotional banners, and hand off dev‑ready Figma files.
• Produce static and video ad creative for Meta, TikTok and other paid‑social channels, including resizing, trimming and captioning.
• Partner with the CRO team to design data‑driven test variations and iterate based on heatmaps and hypotheses.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of e‑commerce digital design experience with a portfolio that shows conversion‑focused results.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and color, and the ability to explain design rationale.
• Detail‑obsessed, self‑managed and comfortable working asynchronously with a U.S.‑based team.
• Curious about AI tools and already using Claude or similar in your workflow.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Video editing tools – Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut (or similar).
• Experience with Claude or other AI design assistants.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify themes and paid‑social ad specifications.
