Graphic Designer (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

Pearster is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its fully remote team in Argentina. You will produce visual assets that reinforce the brand and support internal and external communications across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, marketing campaign visuals, and website assets.
• Create corporate presentations, branded collateral, and employer‑branding materials.
• Develop internal communication graphics for teams and employees.
• Adapt designs for various digital platforms, formats, and audiences while maintaining visual consistency.
• Edit images, perform basic photo retouching, and manage the company’s design asset library.
• Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns and special projects.

Required profile

• Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma and/or Canva.
• Basic video editing skills with Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools.
