Graphic Designer (Financial Services)

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join a financial services client in Buenos Aires on a 12‑month, 40‑hour‑per‑week contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. The role involves creating print, web and digital assets for four business divisions and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and execute visual assets across print, web, social media and environmental media.
• Develop and present creative concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, designers and writers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Incorporate AI tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring new visual approaches.
• Produce brand style guides and support brand awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker able to push creative boundaries while respecting brand standards.
• Passion for storytelling through typography, motion, imagery and copy.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to move from idea to detailed execution.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast‑moving team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design work.
• 2–4 years of professional experience or equivalent training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
