Graphic Design Production Artist

About the role

You will translate client visions into high‑quality, impactful deliverables while troubleshooting any production issues. As a core contributor, you will own larger pieces of projects and ensure they meet brand standards and print quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Layout files, make prescribed edits, and prepare print files per vendor specifications.
• Develop scientific figure redraws using Adobe Illustrator for medical communication materials.
• Create production‑ready files for both print and digital, adhering to brand style guides.
• Coordinate with project managers on schedules, maintain server structure, and guide file organization.
• Support onboarding for studio processes and manage brand assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with 5–10 years of agency/studio experience.
• Strong design sense covering layout, composition, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give clear direction.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Extensive prepress knowledge (formats, resolution, four‑color printing).
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, animation, digital/video tools.
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
