Go To Market Engineer

About the role

Somnio, a product engineering agency, is hiring its first Go‑to‑Market Engineer. This senior engineer will design and build AI‑driven systems, data pipelines, and integrations that empower the marketing and sales teams to work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Map current marketing and sales workflows, identify high‑leverage automation opportunities across SEO, website, content, CRM hygiene and account research.
• Design, develop and operate the infrastructure that connects tools (HubSpot, APIs, LLM agents) so that signals trigger appropriate actions automatically.
• Architect reliable agentic systems using loop and graph engineering, ensuring clear goals, verification steps and human checkpoints.
• Maintain HubSpot as the single source of truth with minimal manual data entry.
• Turn built solutions into reusable templates, documentation and training for the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience building software, AI or GTM platforms for revenue teams.
• Strong autonomy and commercial judgment – always ask whether a workflow helps close deals or saves time.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TypeScript/JavaScript programming.
• Design of APIs, data models, pipelines and integrations.
• Production experience with large language models (LLM agents, tool use, orchestration).
• HubSpot CRM architecture and automation.
