Global Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

Join NCR Atleos as a Global Financial Planning Analyst within a high‑impact FP&A organization. You will drive forecasting excellence, deliver actionable insights, and partner with senior leaders to shape the financial trajectory of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly reports for the Software Business Unit with accurate data and insights.
• Analyze contracts and KPIs to improve forecasting and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Executive Leadership to optimize revenue recognition and identify growth drivers.
• Identify risks and opportunities in revenue streams, ensuring compliance and timely invoicing.
• Lead financial performance reviews and provide strategic commentary.
• Conduct forecasting and trend analysis to support forward‑looking strategies.
• Champion process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Execute close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly projections and trends.
• Support ad‑hoc requests with a solution‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business operations.
• Expertise in revenue recognition and compliance.
• MBA or Chartered Accountant/CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including Power Query.
• Financial modeling.
• Data visualization with Power BI.
