General IT Support Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive General IT Support Specialist to join VAME Ltd’s remote team serving Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia. The role ensures smooth business operations by managing user accounts, licenses, and day‑to‑day technical issues across multiple platforms. You will work independently and collaborate with internal teams to keep IT services reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to internal users via chat, email, phone or remote desktop.
• Administer Microsoft 365: create user accounts, manage mailboxes, assign licenses.
• Manage Dropbox accounts, permissions, shared folders and software licenses.
• Maintain onboarding and off‑boarding boards in Monday.com and track related tasks.
• Handle IT tickets in Zoho Desk, troubleshoot, resolve and document cases.
• Support basic Shopify user issues when required.
• Document IT procedures, issue resolutions and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, help‑desk or IT support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud‑based user management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
