GenAI Training and Development Lead

About the role

We are looking for a GenAI Training and Development Lead to join our global Technology team. You will translate the firm’s Generative AI strategy into practical training programs that raise awareness, build capability, and drive adoption among lawyers and business professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, govern, and deliver GenAI training initiatives aligned with firm policies.
• Collaborate with Practice Innovation, Leadership & Learning, and Technology Change & Adoption teams.
• Facilitate behavioral change and manage risk associated with AI adoption.
• Ensure training is accessible, inclusive, and supports firm‑wide AI expansion.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Experience using Generative AI and other AI tools in a professional setting; legal industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training, facilitate groups, and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong change‑management skills in complex, matrixed, global environments.
