Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Join Avature as a Fullstack Software Engineer and help shape a feature‑rich, user‑friendly enterprise SaaS platform used by thousands daily. You will work across the stack, from network layers to UI, contributing to a highly flexible, customizable product.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Team to interpret functional specifications and provide feedback.
• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend features.
• Analyze existing code, perform refactors, and conduct code reviews to improve quality.
• Apply best practices throughout the development lifecycle, including production monitoring.

Required profile

• Professional experience in software development covering both frontend and backend.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Comfortable using AI tools and staying current with emerging AI capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in OOP languages, preferably PHP and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments or open‑source contributions.
