Full‑Stack Flask & React Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Flask & React Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. You will work on both the back‑end (Flask/Python) and front‑end (React/JavaScript) to deliver performant, secure, and scalable user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Flask.
• Develop responsive, accessible UI components with React, employing modern hooks and state‑management patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests; maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug, profile, and optimise application performance in production.
• Enforce security best practices and data validation across client and server layers.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with Flask and React.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive learning mindset and ownership of deliverables from design through production.
