Full‑Cycle Recruiter (Agency Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full‑Cycle Recruiter to join a fast‑growing client of Huzzle. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume, agency‑style recruitment across multiple functions. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from proactive sourcing to closing offers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X‑Ray, and advanced Boolean techniques.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies that leverage both traditional and non‑traditional channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to continuously optimise results.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through to successful placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle in high‑volume environments.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
