Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Michael Todd Beauty is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to develop and maintain Funnel OS, a proprietary DTC funnel platform that powers advertorials, quiz funnels, landing pages, checkout flows and post‑purchase upsells. You will work closely with performance‑marketing and CRO teams to turn test hypotheses into fast, pixel‑perfect pages that launch within hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate front‑end pages using a battle‑tested component system built on Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Maintain and extend custom checkout infrastructure, including Stripe and PayPal integrations, order‑bump logic and dynamic pricing.
• Develop server‑side tracking pipelines that feed data to Facebook, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Northbeam and Klaviyo.
• Implement and support A/B and multivariate test variants tied to GrowthBook experiments.
• Ensure reliability of deployment pipelines, webhook handling and third‑party API connections.

Required profile

• Strong experience building high‑performance web applications in a fast‑moving marketing environment.
• Ability to collaborate with non‑technical marketers and translate business requirements into technical solutions quickly.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on both speed of delivery and code quality.
