About the role

This remote Front Desk Representative position supports US‑based healthcare practices by handling patient communications, scheduling appointments, and keeping accurate digital records. The role blends front‑desk coordination, call‑center operations, and light sales outreach to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, emails, and social‑media inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using digital scheduling tools, monitoring daily flow to avoid bottlenecks.
• Make outbound calls to generate new patient leads and follow up on marketing inquiries.
• Maintain precise digital records of patient interactions, assist with invoicing, insurance documentation, and update the CRM.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call‑center, or front‑desk roles (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written English communication with a patient‑focused mindset.
• High attention to detail, organizational ability, and comfort multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
