Freelance Power Apps Developer (Remote)

About the role

Tonic3 is seeking a proactive Power Apps Developer to work on a freelance basis for international clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and automating business applications within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Create custom business applications and automate workflows.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 and external APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing applications.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Produce and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to integrate solutions with SharePoint, Teams and Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of APIs, connectors and data integration.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or development languages such as JavaScript, SQL and JSON.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
