FP&A Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to join our finance team in a multinational manufacturing environment. The role will focus on cost analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting to support operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evaluate inventory valuation methods, including standard cost setting and overhead calculations.
• Prepare plant efficiency reports covering quantities, labor productivity, and earned hour analysis.
• Monitor hour rates per department and plant, and track stock levels and purchase price variations.
• Analyze production order variances and reconcile forecasting, budget, and actual results for P&L and balance sheet.
• Identify excess and obsolete inventory, and manage reserve analysis.
• Support the budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and ad‑hoc financial analyses for management.
• Generate comprehensive cost and industrial operation reports using SAP and Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar FP&A role within a manufacturing, preferably multinational, environment.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Business analytics capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools such as Qlik Sense).
• Ability to create dashboards for financial reporting.
