FP&A Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance teams. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their reasoning on complex financial topics, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with real‑world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Generate diverse, complex finance problems for AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
