Founding Builder (Technical) – Early‑Career Engineer

About the role

easypeasy is an AI‑first EdTech startup launching a small in‑person hub in Buenos Aires. As a Founding Builder you will work directly with a co‑founder, tackling business problems across sales, marketing, operations and growth, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and own high‑impact problems, gather data, form hypotheses and test cheap solutions.
• Build and ship fixes ranging from LLM agents and automated workflows to spreadsheets and quick phone‑call processes.
• Collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years post‑university experience in computer science, engineering or data fields.
• Proven ability to ship complete solutions independently – side projects, freelance work, hackathon wins or personal ventures.
• Willingness to work long, on‑site days next to a founder, accepting limited work‑life balance for rapid growth.
• Strong English communication skills, especially with non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Ability to code quickly using AI tools (Claude Code or similar) and LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with any stack; easypeasy uses TypeScript (Next.js, NestJS), PHP (Laravel), MySQL, Redis, Docker.

What we offer

• 6‑month trial period at €2,500 per month (≈ $3,000).
• Sign‑on bonus of €6,000‑9,000 after the trial.
• Access to Claude Code subscription and top‑tier AI models paid by the company.
• Office space in central Buenos Aires, working side‑by‑side with a co‑founder and other builders.
