Founder’s Associate – Business Operations & Strategy

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce company as the CEO’s force multiplier. You will tackle a rotating set of high‑impact projects—from deep market research to hiring process design, board material preparation, and operational bottleneck removal—while also handling day‑to‑day executive assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end market research and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Support talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and building hiring workflows.
• Prepare board and investor presentations and help shape the company narrative.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
• Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, travel logistics, and points/rewards programs.
• Summarize calls and meetings to keep the CEO informed.

Required profile

• Generalist with strong judgment, able to learn quickly and own outcomes.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive, providing status updates and action plans without prompting.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
• Comfortable working in a lean, AI‑native environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Shopify.
