About the role

We are looking for a battle‑tested operator‑entrepreneur to take a validated venture concept from zero to a self‑sustaining ecosystem. This fully remote, on‑call position places you in the cockpit of a new digital business, giving you the infrastructure, capital and autonomy to build your legacy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end launch of a new venture, turning a blueprint into a revenue‑generating company.
• Define product vision, set the technical roadmap and prioritize features to achieve rapid product‑market fit.
• Recruit, inspire and lead a lean core team of developers, designers and growth hackers.
• Work with the internal architecture team to craft investor narratives, build fundraising materials and secure strategic capital.
• Establish day‑to‑day operational workflows, shipment cadences and internal processes.
• Drive customer acquisition, design viral loops and own the primary growth channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching technology or digital products in the 0‑to‑1 phase.
• Ability to make high‑impact decisions with limited information and resources.
• Deep obsession with product‑user psychology, conversion metrics and intuitive design.
• Willingness to be on‑call seven days a week to capture market momentum.
• Native fluency in the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics and decentralized community dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills that attract top‑tier talent.
