Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will join NCR Atleos' leadership team to support financial decision‑making across the United States and Mexico. The role focuses on analysing performance, driving efficiency, and providing insight for sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical and current trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital investments.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and evaluate ROI for strategic initiatives.
• Report, track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for major projects.
• Develop financial and business analyses covering expense performance, depreciation, working capital and investments.
• Present consolidated financial and operational performance, highlighting trends, implications and recommended actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial data analysis or business analysis.
• Experience in the technology or services industry is a plus.
• Fluent English language skills.
