Financial Management Lead

JL Closets, a leader in high‑end custom storage solutions, is seeking a Financial Management Lead to oversee its financial operations from Argentina. This senior position sits within the leadership team, driving efficiency, improving processes, and delivering insights that support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage payroll, bank and credit‑card reconciliations, and overall bookkeeping.
• Lead and mentor two bookkeepers in Argentina, setting expectations and reviewing deliverables.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Track budgets and cash flow to inform smarter business decisions.
• Partner with external accountants on tax filings, audits, and year‑end processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in financial workflows, systems, and team processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and enforce proper accounting controls.
• Support leadership with financial analysis and recommendations that contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• 15+ years of finance or accounting experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting tools.
• Strong expertise in financial operations, reconciliations, payroll, bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance.
• Experience managing remote teams and working independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and strong analytical problem‑solving abilities.
