Financial Analyst – Remote (LatAm)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑obsessed Financial Analyst to join our fast‑growing finance team. Working fully remotely across Latin America, you will turn raw financial data into strategic insights that drive high‑stakes decisions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review client financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, tax returns) with top‑tier accuracy.
• Input and validate financial data in internal models under tight deadlines.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Generate concise reports with key metrics, red flags, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global teams and maintain strong communication standards.
• Suggest process and tool improvements during quarterly reviews.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification (required).
• 2+ years of hands‑on financial analysis experience; M&A exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Strong command of financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario planning).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero for data extraction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
