Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across an international organization. Working closely with finance and business stakeholders, the role ensures accurate, timely financial information and provides insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior‑year performance.
• Identify, investigate, and explain key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist month‑end and quarter‑end close activities in coordination with Accounting.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, headcount, capital expenditures, and other KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, schedules, and analyses for business planning.
• Partner with business teams to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and support performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across functions and regions.
