Financial Analyst (English C1)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst with strong English (C1) proficiency to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver insights on financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across business units.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models and forecasting tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Work with large data sets from multiple systems, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data quality.
• Participate in process‑improvement, automation, system integration, and optimization projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (candidates with 3‑4 years and strong analytical ability will be considered).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
