Finance Controller (CPA) – NetSuite & Cash Flow

About the role

SourceOne Global is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Finance Controller with an active CPA credential to lead the accounting function, manage cash flow and strengthen financial controls across its international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance, filings and coordination with external advisers.
• Manage wire transfers, ensuring proper authorization and internal‑control compliance.
• Lead month‑end close, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Forecast cash flow, plan payments and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit controls.
• Handle inventory accounting, including costing, landed costs, physical counts and COGS.
• Manage fixed‑asset accounting for molds, tooling, capitalization and depreciation.
• Maintain accounting workflows and reporting in NetSuite.
• Prepare financial reports and communicate key results, risks and insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Active CPA credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and full‑cycle accounting.
• Proven experience in cash‑flow forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Significant inventory accounting experience in a product‑based or manufacturing environment.
• Experience accounting for manufacturing assets such as molds or tooling.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently across time zones.
